SmartLinking enables firm’s to “link” with their Social Media Fan Page Followers outside of the social environment to their “primary and actionable” email address.
How does SmartLinking work?
- Firms provide SmartLinking with Social ID’s/Handles/UserNames of their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest Fan Page Followers that have “Liked” them on their Fan Pages. (LinkedIn) contact data based on specific company names can also be provided.
- SmartLinking uploads the provided Social Handles from the firm and “links” them to the required data elements.
- Once Social Handles are “Linked”, SmartLinking provides the following data:
A. The persons first and last name and a “linked” opt-in email address – match rate in the 65-70%+ range. This is their “primary and actionable” email address using our proprietary Kazmash and Zagdat Technology.
B. Postal Addresses (where available). Match rate of postal addresses are in the 25 to 30% range. This is only provided if requested by client.
If desired, MSNI can then then implement a targeted SmartE Marketing Retargeting campaign (using client’s email creative) based on the matched email addresses. (This is an additional fee).

SmartLinking is able to provide valuable linkage information, since firm’s are only able to capture the handle from the “like” and use it for display retargeting inside of the social platform. SmartLinking is not limited to any particular vertical. It could be used for Business to Consumer (B2C) or Business to Business (B2B).
